Streaml Ownership

The Service and all related technology, including software, algorithms, designs, graphics, and documentation, are owned by Streaml and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use the Service.

License to Use Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

Restrictions

• -You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• -You may not sublicense, sell, or transfer your access to the Service
• -You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.

You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you upload or input into the Service ("User Content"). You grant Streaml a limited license to use, process, and store User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content and recommendations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

We are not responsible for any third-party services integrated with or linked from the Service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and closing your account through the account settings.

Termination by Streaml

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if:

• -You violate these Terms
• -You fail to pay applicable fees
• -Your use of the Service poses a security risk
• -We are required to do so by law

Effect of Termination

• -Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• -You will have 30 days to export your data after termination
• -We may delete your data after the export period expires
• -Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

• -Informal Resolution: First, by contacting us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally
• -Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• -Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration

Jurisdiction

For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
